TIC Projects - Brief

Expanding on the exisiting 18 holes to allow further residential development of 59 house sites. The Coronet 9's newly constructed championship golf holes at 'Millbrook West Stage 1 Development', plus 4 holes from the original Bob Charles designed 18 hole course received extensive re-configuation and re-alignment.  Under the direction of Turner McPherson Golf Architects the project was completed with glowing reviews.

Project challenges:

• Completing the works to the required, tight timeframes
• Winter conditions under perma frost / ice and snow
