TIC Projects - Brief:

Our contract was to construct a turn key 18 hole international standard golf course with the handover in a playable condition.  This involved working around a large protected area of wet land and re-claimed swamp land.

Project Challenges:

• The property is at the high tide mark which means it is prone to flooding which required some unique solutions to solve drainage issues across the site.
• High rainfall during winter presented unique challenges during the construction period.
